Why is there no application server in the .net world, such as the Java world?

I know that IIS is a web application server. Why not have full-featured server application servers such as Web Logic / Tomcat / JBoss, which are as scalable as in the Java world.

EDIT1: I myself am not a Java developer. I called these servers only because “scalable, customizable, and optimized” are the words associated with them in most places that I read about them. Look at this question on stack overflows, for example. I'm not jealous, just curious
