Google Reader incorrectly reading the feed I programmed with my programming

(I previously asked this question , which was somehow considered more applicable to the superuser, and after its transfer there it was closed because it was not applied to the superuser. Let me understand what I am asking if the channel I created in php, with a program I wrote, there is a problem with Google Reader, or if Google Reader has special requirements, of which I, as a programmer using php, should know. While I program.)

I have two sites with RSS feeds. On each site, I collect data and then transfer it to a simple formatter that I wrote, which does the job of creating the RSS format, so each site essentially uses the same code to generate the feed.

I subscribe to both of them in Google Reader. One (scribs) works fine, while the other (amusing.org) does not. It shows the latest update as November 7, 2009, and somehow the most recent updates (jan 22 and previous) add up to October 31, 2009. This way, it never shows that the feed has been updated.

Both channels are checked with Feed Validator and just look at it, all dates and formats are suitable for me, but I can’t solve where the problem is.

A feed that works: http://scribs.us/feed.php A
feed that doesn't matter: http://www.amusing.org/feed.php
