[IPhone] The area with which the user can not interact, why?

Perhaps this refers to the status bar ???

* Note: this is a full screen application. My way to do this:
1. Add the information property "Status bar is initially hidden" in xxx-Info.plist.
2. On the entire application screen: set the "Status Bar" to none.

In fact, it looks like your look is not large enough and has the size of a screen with a status bar.

How do you create UIControl? Using NIB? What frame do you assign to it? Put some code.
