Eclipse: stack or heap for cutting, copying and pasting?

im just interesting, since I could not find the answer on google (well, maybe I was looking for the wrong keywords here>. <) ...
What I always dreamed about was the stack / heap cutting function , which remembers: - uhm, let say - 10 last things that I cut or copied for pasting ... Is there such a feature, and if so, what is it called?

Also, is it possible to include your own auto-complete suggestions ? I do not ask much, just, for example. while a (true) sentence instead of or a default extension ...

This should probably be ported to superuser, but Im pretty vague as it is somehow more related to programming ...
Thanks so much :-)
