When you find a good relationship, the weather will be 5: 1, 10: 1, etc. I would be more inclined to the side of the developer than what, in your opinion, would have average needs. If a PM / BA deficit arises, we, as developers, may be reluctant to enter the role of “PM” to fill the gap. (temporarily, hopefully). It's easier to turn a developer into PM than PM into a developer. This makes the team more adaptable.
