How to read immutable data structures from a file in scala

I have a data structure consisting of Jobs, each of which contains a set of Jobs. Job and Task data are defined in the following files:

jobs.txt:
JA
JB
JC

tasks.txt:
JB  T2
JA  T1
JC  T1
JA  T3
JA  T2
JB  T1 

The process of creating objects is as follows:
- read each task, create it and store it by id
- read the task, get the task by id, create the task, save the task in the task

After reading files, this data structure never changes. Therefore, I would like the tasks in the tasks to be stored in an immutable set. But I do not know how to do this in an effective way. (Note: jobs for saving immutable cards may remain unchanged)
