What is the best ecommerce plugin for wordpress?

I would like to create an ecommerce website using WordPress. I do not want to do this from scratch, so I'm looking for a free plugin. The functions I expect are:

  • shopping trolleys
  • shipping modules (mail in Canada, etc.)
  • payment via paypal
  • custom themes

I came across: WP-eCommerce

he claims to be free, but I found that some documents require payment. All payments, delivery modules are not free, am I right?

Actually, I am not very familiar with Wordpress, if possible, someone can offer an easy to find, but powerful enough e-commerce plugin for Wordpress?
