In Tools | Options | Debugger Options | Language Exceptions can ignore specific types of exceptions. Can this be determined for each project? For example, in a debug configuration configuration (Delphi 2009 and / or 2010)?

Unfortunately no. However, this would be a very good option. I can think of many places where this would be useful. Why don't you send it to QC as a function request?
