Is this a good technique for loading different CSS for different browsers?

I have developed many web templates. But (other than my first), I never used browser detection scripts to load the appropriate CSS.

I'm not sure if this is a good technique or just an alternative way (deal with one CSS to satisfy all browsers)?

It depends on how complicated your layout is.

In general, there are a number of “problematic functions” with some browsers, for example, the browser does not follow the model of border fields and incorrectly assigns values to fields, borders and additions.
