XSL-FO processor for C / C ++

Question

Does anyone know about a processor for XSL-FO based on C / C ++ for Windows XP and for free? My product is based on C ++, and I do not want to use Apache FOP, so I do not need to associate the JVM with my product. I could find a commercial, but I need free. Someone can help me.

Check out http://xmlroff.org/ - this is C and is available for free.

If xmlroof is not proven enough, check this out: http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/docs/guide/jni/spec/invocation.html to see how to call FOP from C ++ (JVM is pretty common )
