PHP / AJAX tool for creating a live chart (for example, to track stock prices)

how can I (after receiving the correct stock prices from the source) show it on a "live chart". I'm looking for a php / ajax toolkit that allows me to create this chart in real time?

Is the right thing to use, or is a flash based solution better?

Are there 3rdparty sites that offer live graphics based on input?
