PHP script to convert xml to dtd

Is there any PHP script to convert an XML file to a DTD.

I've tried a lot. I can find tools, but I can not PHP script.

Whether there is a?

Generating a DTD from an XML file is something that I have not seen often enough - one of the main reasons is that you cannot be sure that the XML file you used to create the DTD will contain everything that the DTD should to determine .
