Are Java compilers generally localized? Are compilers capable of emitting errors / warnings in languages other than English?
Information on any of the available Java compilers is welcome. In fact, historical or technical reasons why localization is not considered for language compilers are welcome.
NOTE. I do not ask this question to solve any problem that I have, it is just curiosity.
