Built-in FTP server with C #?

Question

Is there any .NET-based OS (without Win32, ActiveX, COM +, etc.), so I can easily configure the ftp server? This will be the ftp server that will update the SQL Server database, not the regular files.

I am trying to do a similar thing (FTP server receiving files and folder structure from SQL database). I used the darwen FTP server on Code Guru .
