I struggled with this "simple" task for more experienced people, I was stuck for 2 days, now I need help. I changed everything around, as it is now, millions of times, finally, I came across this spring JMS tutorial .
What I want to do, send a message and receive it. I also read this book in chapter 8 on messaging. This really explains the 2 types of messages well, and there is a good example for the type publish-and-subscribe, but now an example for point-to-pointmessaging ( this is the one I need ).
I can send the message to the queue myself, but I donβt know how to get why I tried using this spring tutorial, here is what I still have:

1 Locate a ConnectionFactory, typically using JNDI.
2 Use the ConnectionFactory to create a Connection.
3 Use the Connection to create a Session.
4 Locate a Destination, typically using JNDI.
5 Use the Session to create a MessageConsumer for that Destination.
