C # PDF Control & Library

I am looking for a way to display a PDF file (similar to a file window) in a Windows form. After that I need to create a PDF file. What is the best library for creating PDFs (from plain text)? I looked at a few, and I'm not sure which one is the best. Preferably open source. As for the control, I tried the COM object that Adobe provides ... I cannot get it to work. Generally. I tried to upload multiple files, no errors. It just does not load.

To answer the question about receiving a PDF file, you can use WebBrowser Control in your form if the client workstation has Adobe Reader installed. The browser will automatically select the MIME type and load the Adobe Reader browser.

For rendering, I will echo Will Marcouiller and SLaks . We had a good success with PDFSharp.
