Eclipse (on Ubuntu) does not have jsp, html and other web files template

I installed Eclipse using the Synaptic Package Manager (Ubuntu 9.10). However, my Eclipse does not have an HTML template (in a new dialog box) or a JSP template. How can I fix this so that I have some HTML and JSP templates?

Extract the Eclipse plugin from http://download.eclipse.org/releases/galileo and select web development products to solve the problem.
