Cassandra and asp.net (C #)

I am interested in creating a portal on cassandra services, as I ran into some performance and scale issues starting with 1 million records. This can definitely be solved, but I'm interested in other options.

My main concerns are the cost of updating all the necessary indexes to read quickly.

First, is cassandra a good way for asp.net programmers? I mean, maybe there are other projects that deserve attention.

And secondly, can you provide any sample documentation on how to get started with cassandra programming with C #?

The idea is that at the same time two machines are looking for half of the source database, you have half the search time without completely rebuilding the existing database.
