Get JS file via HTTPS from HTTP page

So, what are the implications of getting a JS file by calling HTTPS on an HTTP page. I guess it will just be a little extra overhead. Will there be any warnings about this call from any browser?

Do not ask why. This is just hypothetical.

There should be no warnings in any browser. You can try this URL - http://www.530geeks.com/mixed-content.html . I tested with ie6 and firefox 3.5, they do not complain.

Sometimes IE (and possibly other browsers) get nervous and complain about pages that contain a combination of safe and insecure content. No matter what you do, it will require a simple test.
