How to specify PATH in NetBeans?

When I run Ruby code on NetBeans (for example, when I run tests), I get crashes because the program was not found. This program is installed somewhere in / opt, and while for the shell I get it added to my PATH, it seems that NetBeans is not receiving it.

How to specify PATH in NetBeans?

On Unix, in the netbeans installation directory (we will call it $ NETBEANS), there is a directory etc.

$ NETBEANS / etc / netbeans.conf can be changed to add things to the PATH or set other environment variables for Netbeans instances. For example, I set some env variable for my Glassfish launches.

I can not say for Windows.
