Why is there a “Skip Navigation Links” for my SiteMapPath in Firefox

I have a sitemap at the top of my homepage. When I launch in Firefox, the first node is "Skip Navigation Links". What is it? And how can I get rid of this? It is noticeable that this is not in IE.

Skip navigation is available for accessibility purposes. If this is part of the ASP.NET menu and you want to disable it, try setting the attribute:

SkipLinkText=""
