I have a column in a table in which each row has one of three states, and the purpose of the row is to offer manipulation and display of this property with three states.
In my current development view, there are three tightly packed radio buttons with labels at the beginning of the columns (and every 50 rows or so), and onClick they send an AJAX request and melt it.
This is uncertain.
Is there a standard idiom for such a control? I'm currently mocking something similar to turning on / off the iPhone, but with a “medium” state.
Any input would be welcome.
EDIT
A bit more clarification: I have a tool to confirm events. Each event is either “proposed,” “canceled,” or “confirmed.” All of them are “offered” by default until someone explicitly confirms or cancels them. This is a thin interface for an SQL table.
