ReSharper for c / C ++

In my .NEt projects, I'm used to the ReSharper tool, but my current project is c / C ++, and I miss my favorite ReSharper so much, does anyone know a tool with at least the same features for c / C + + (Especially refactoring and analysis of dead code)

Some support for refactoring and intellisense is provided by Visual Assist. Well enough.

However, do not expect that you will have the same support for refactoring as with ReSharper with C # or VB.NET. From this point of view, C ++ is a nightmare, and I do not know a tool that can do this correctly in all situations.
