CSS style like Windows Seven / Vista

Question

I need to create a web application using ASP.NET MVC, jQuery and web standards for a client with a style similar to Windows Vista / Seven.

Can someone point me a link to do this using CSS? I searched on the Internet, but I could not find it. I would like to have interface elements such as "window", "menu", "buttons", "form controls", etc.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
