How to make PyScripter work? Says he cannot find python26.dll

I installed PyScript to try, but it just doesn't start. This only gives me the error: "Error126: Unable to open the Dll" python26.dll ", followed by:" Python could not be initialized correctly. We have to go out. "

I think this may have something to do with PYTHONPATH, but since I am a beginner and do not know what it is or what exactly what needs to be put in PYTHONPATH, after some searches I ask here.

Also, when I tried to install wxPython, this was not possible because PYTHONPATH could not be found. (Note side only)

Finally, I got a job from him: (a) without changing the directory in which he was installed, to something else ... just left it in c: / programfiles / pyscripter ... and (B) entering the pyscripter folder and the lib folder that extracts the rpyc folder so that there is another rpyc folder in the lib folder that is not compressed! hope that helps
