Mono license issue?

I would like to insert Mono into the .exe file, but the problem is that it is a license, because the LGPL library can only be associated with the LGPL code. However, I would like to create a commercial application, so I ask if it is possible to use a stub that launches the Mono runtime DLL and runs my application. Or do you know the best way to do this?

I need a cross-platform environment, and Mono seems good, but there are some problems to pack it into a single file, so you know the “free” way to do this?
