How to collect user opinions on software

I wrote a small Windows Forms.net application. And now I decided to get opinions or comments from users. The user will simply write something in the input form and click the submit button.

I want to use the easiest way. I do not want to host any web services or other applications for collecting information. Also I do not have a database. Nothing. I just want to know what people think about the application.

How do you do this?

The email is likely to be intercepted by an antivirus, a firewall, you name it. Also, I won’t be surprised if an ugly MessageBox appears (this application is trying to send an email ...). Worse, it’s strange if an antivirus intercepts email, and you don’t know what the user will never know.

So, I would go with a mailto link as suggested by Cris Marisic.
