Open RSS Parser

Before starting your own RSS parser, is there really a good open-source parser already written for C #?

It seems worth trying RSS.NET . It seems to be quite complete. And judging by the code examples , it seems very easy to use.

Edit: I searched for this before but couldn't find it for some reason ... RSS syndication is now actually built into the .NET Framework 3.5 as part of WCF. See this MSDN journal article for a look (scroll down the section on syndication APIs). Also see Response to this SO stream .

There's one called Argotic Syndication Framework

If I rolled myself, I would probably use it as a reference.
