Finding a good semantic parser for the Russian language

Question

Does anyone know a semantic parser for the Russian language? I tried to configure a link analyzer, accessible from a link-grammar site , but to no avail.

I hope for a system that can run on a Mac and generate either a prolog or a lisp-like representation of the parsing tree (but the XML output is also great).
