Is there an easy to use PHP PDF library with Unicode support?

Question

I have tried dompdf. It is much easier to use than in other libraries that I have tried but do not support unicode. Rather, it supports Unicode, but requires another library called PDFLib(version $ 1k).

So I'm just curious if anyone has ever stumbled upon or used any PHP PDF library that is easy to use and supports Unicode.
