What is the best way to play video files in Delphi?

I need to play a video file (using installed codecs) and get information about the file (for example, frame rate and length).

Update : I previously installed Mitov "Labs" version 3.9 on Delphi 2009 without any problems. Make sure you use the correct link and contact the author if there are problems for Delphi 2010.
