Is there a list of benefits for deploying a PHP application in the cloud for AWS or Azure?
What factors make AWS the best choice for Azure and vice versa?
If someone decided to use, then one and not the other for a number of reasons, I really would like to know why.

Responding not so much to technical as to commercial considerations, you can get MS Azure for free up to 2 years if you subscribe to some of your programs ... this may be a decisive factor (it was for me !!)
