How to connect a user account of a paid application with the system?

I have a problem publishing a paid application on the Android market. (My application is based on an internet connection.)

If I put the application on the Android market, can the user who bought the application can go to someone?

How is its security (I mean safe .apk file)?

Also, what is a payment tool on the Android market?

My main thing is to choose the best way to associate a paid user with our system. Actually, I don’t know how to associate a paid user account with my system (by email address or a unique device identifier? ... which is better?).

Can you offer me this part?
