Setting WCF timeout per operation

I have a service in which 1 operation can take a lot of time, and the rest should end very quickly, can I set the timeout (send \ receive) using OperationBehavior (or something else) to be different (on the working level)?

No, timeouts can only be specified in the binding configuration, and the configuration binding is bound to the endpoint - therefore, all service methods at this endpoint receive the same timeouts.

The only thing you can do is split your service into two contracts and set two into two separate endpoints ("FastEndpoint" and "SlowEndpoint"), and then use different settings for each endpoint to handle this situation.
