Comparison between Excel and XML file - How to upgrade from C #

Question

Got an excel distribution leaflet where I specify a mapping to an XML file.

I would like to open the distribution sheet from C # and force update the cells copied to the XML file. -> How can I do this? Any dll i need to reference?
