Javascript find and scroll text

Question

I need a little Javascript that will find some text on the html page and then scroll to that point.

So something like: "Are you a supporter of Lib Dem or Tory and how do you feel about this deal?" will scroll to the bottom of the page of this bbc news page: http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk_politics/election_2010/8676607.stm

I hope there is a built-in function for both search text and scrolling.
