Keepscrollpositiononpostback not working with firefox

I am using VS 2008. I like the keepscrollpositiononpostback function. It works fine with IE 8. But it does not work sequentially with Firefox. Sometimes, instead of the line that I click on, it goes to the bottom of the page. The field I'm trying to update has a div tag with overflow set to auto. I also have several update panels with the installation of updatemode for the conditional. This means that only the affected panel needs to be updated. This also does not work with Firefox.

I searched the Internet for possible solutions, but none of them work for me.

Most of my users use Firefox, so this is a problem for me.

I found this small js file a few weeks ago after embedding Post / Redirect / Get on several of my pages. This may allow you to disable support on your pages if you drop it into the wizard. I have not fully tested it with ff4 / 5 or chrome ...

Edit the browser capabilities file and explicitly configure it so that MaintainScrollPositionOnPostback is supported in Safari browsers.
