Nice free html editor with shortcuts for <p> 's

Question

Hi, can anyone recommend a good free html editor.

I need something that will allow me to wrap sections of code in tags with a <p>label, for example. It would make my life easier.

I am a developer, so I need something where I will write most of the html manually.
