Are you using Heroku to write a Ruby on Rails application? I read from the Learning Rails book from O'Reilly, and then today found that http://heroku.com/myapps does not have a “Create Application” on the page so I can edit the code online more. Do they allow only a paid user? It also seems that they only allow you to have one web request at a time if you are an insolvent client.

Heroku switched to a paid platform (without a web editor). I assume that you control it through the terminal using a gemstone to the hero.

However, all old heroku features are available at http://herokugarden.com

If you had an account on the hero before herokugarden, all your applications should have been ported there. You must log in using your old identifier.

Geroku has two suggestions.
Geroku Garden - http://herokugarden.com is the first product. It includes an interactive IDE and the ability to deploy your application.

In January, Heroku launched a new platform called "Heroku." It disables the IDE, and in return provides significant stability and increased performance.

Heroku has a free offer. Since your application is scalable or you need additional resources, you can purchase what you need. The free version may actually surprise you - one dynamo works with my personal website right now ( http://zednine.com ) without any problems.

- I am an employee of heroics

It doesn't make much difference if you just work in development mode. These two companies are still operated by the same company. Heroku is their commercial offer, with paid hosting plans, etc. Herokugarden, if you like, is a playground for people to play with rails and study the framework before they go on a paid plan.
