Java library: ECC (error correction)?

Is there a well-known implementation that has friendly open source licensing (rather than GPL) licensing, ECC libraries (error correction code) (for example, Reed-Solomon) for Java?

Apache License (not sure if this is considered in your definition of friendly). I'm also not sure if it is considered to be well-known (google knew about this, there are no 2 results for "java Reed-Solomon")?
