Python Web Hooks: Any Specific Library?

I wanted to implement web interceptors in python. Both on the server side, and on the client side. Is there any specific library for implementing web interceptors? Or django or twisted python handle it?

You should probably mention that “web hooks” are a specific concept — as explained in webhooks.org — to avoid getting general answers about the network, as I see it, you already have one. This is hardly a popular or widespread concept, so the total confusion of the defendants is not surprising, but easily predictable.

For your question, I know Hookah (from webhooks.org) and durian (web hooks for Django). There are special ones like TracWebHooks for adding web hooks to the Trac problem tracking service, but I understand that you are looking for something else at all.
