VisualHG Icons Not Displaying in VS2010 Solution Browser

Question

Has anyone dealt with this problem? All other Mercurial objects work fine inside VS.

Two attempts:

Be sure to reinstall VisualHG after installing Visual Studio 2010 (this may not be necessary, but it is often necessary for various kinds of plugins).
Make sure VisualHG is selected as the active source control module. Go to Tools → Options → Source Control → Select a plug-in and make sure VisualHG is selected .
