Should the css name be?

I am making a stylesheet for a website. Should the css style name be associated with the website or content?

My site is dedicated to web development. This is the right to use the name of the style -

#web-development-header

.web-development-company-london-content

or should be used

#header
.content

css style name can help for seo?

Go to content-related titles - this will be easy to maintain. Longer lines mean longer page load times. And CSS style names have nothing to do with SEO.

All the other answers are all great, but don't forget that you can also embed CSS, which can give you more flexibility in your naming convention and allow you to use short and simple names:

#header {}
   #header #left {}
   #header #right {}
.content {}
   .content #left {}
   .content #right {}

<div id="header">
   <div id="left"></div>
   <div id="right"></div>
</div>

<div class="content">
   <div id="left"></div>
   <div id="right"></div>
</div>
