How to do google search show my site like this

When searching for some websites on google, it shows the first result as follows:

eBay - new and fast electronics, cars, clothes, collectibles

  Motors                            Computers & Networking
  Electronics                       Home & Garden
  Clothing, Shoes & Accessories     Cell Phones & PDAs
  Sporting Goods

I assume this is due to the site map ...

How can I achieve this downtime also whenever users search my site?
