Wordpress extended_valid_elements for script tag?

Can someone tell me how to tell the Tinymce Wordpress editor not to cut out the script tags? I looked wp-admin/includes/post.phpand added

'extended_valid_elements'=>'script[charset|defer|language|src|type]',

c $initArray.

When I create a view source in the CMS message editor, I see that it looks like this:

But for some reason, my editor still doesn't save tags <script>. What am I doing wrong?

I had a similar problem with iframes. I think <script attributes>it could be instead [script attributes]. You will have to look for syntax
