Is there a good MVVM / MVP / MVC framework for JavaFX?

JavaFX with its binding seems to be a great technology for creating a user interface layer, replacing PHP + AJAX, but are there any frameworks for creating database form applications with JavaFX or are they designed to be written from scratch?
