What is the most elegant workaround for missing DefaultFileName in SaveFileDialog in Silverlight?

The SaveFileDialog in Silverlight does not have the DefaultFileName property; as a result, the user must manually enter the file name each time the file is downloaded from the Silverlight application.

This is very annoying and a lot of criticism about it, see the Silverlight forum .

My question is: what is the most elegant way to get around this?
