I am trying to publish my web solution to the file system using the option "Only files needed to run this application".
I have the following problems:
a) I have a connectionStrings.config file that must be included; I marked this file as Content and Copy Always.
b) For testing purposes, I added a textfile.txt file that should not be included; I marked it as "Content and do not copy."
Both of these options do not work ... It seems that the option "Copy to output directory" is simply ignored.
Any ideas why this is happening, and what to do about it?
