Can I edit AutoNumber columns in Access?

I lost my data in the Access database and I managed to get it back, but when I copy the values in the table using the AutoNumber column, it increments the numbers. Is there a way to change it to int and then return it to AutoNumber?

I managed to insert AutoNumber fields by code from C #. I take all the data I need and is simply pasted into an empty table.
