Is there a trick for finding wildcards on apache cassandra?

I need to do something similar on apache cassandra, SELECT * FROM mytable where address = "% indonesia%"

any idea how to do this on cassandra?

It is not supported out of the box. You must maintain your own indexes.

I would recommend using a "Supercolumn index" or using an order-preserving delimiter (e.g. org.apache.cassandra.dht.OrderPreservingPartioner) in combination with range queries.
